Nutri-Vet Dental Hygiene Kit for dogs is a convenient way to help maintain healthy gums and teeth in dogs of all ages. Regular use can help prevent the buildup of tartar. Veterinarians recommend brushing dogs’ teeth at least twice a week.
Ingredients
Purified Water, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Dicalcium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Benzoate, Glucose Oxidase (Aspergillus Niger)
Directions:
Apply a small amount onto a toothbrush or finger toothbrush. Let your dog taste the great flavor. Gently pull your dog’s lips and cheeks up.
In a slow circular motion, brush one or two teeth and the adjoining gum line to get your dog accustomed to the feel of the brush. Give a lot of praise during this process. Gradually increase the number of teeth brushed, eventually working towards the rear teeth where plaque and tartar have a greater tendency to accumulate.
Go slowly and gently. Build up to about 30 seconds per side. Continue as needed. Avoid using human toothpaste on your pet.
